Clear, detailed yet concise, effortless...that's how I like my maps. This Vancouver map by International Travel Maps certainly has all of these qualities. It gives you an overview of the Greater Vancouver area on one side, a more detailed view of the city on the other side, and an even more detailed downtown inset. Parks, neighborhoods, transportation, attractions (including Olympic Village), museums, hotels (I could go on and on) are all clearly marked yet the map is easy to read (ie. no clutter!). I even found the street where my Aunt and Uncle live with ease. Hi Bob and Sue! Did I mention it is waterproof? And since it about size of a newspaper page it's not too big or cumbersome, yet perfect for hiding behind while celebrity watching around town (there is a reason they call it "Hollywood North").
